Shankhanad: Why did Asim Munir promotion, field martial even after defeat?

Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir has been given the rank of Field Marshal. This decision was taken in a cabinet meeting headed by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. After General Ayub Khan, he is the second general who has achieved this post.
