A military camp has been attacked by the Pakistan Taliban (TTP) attackers in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa state. According to media reports, Taliban fighters launched a suicide attack on the Jandola Military Camp in Tank district of Khyber.
The army killed 8 to 9 fighters after the camp attack. The attackers also tried to attack the Jandola checkpost but the security forces stopped him.
The TTP attack took place at a time when the Pakistani Army is struggling with Baloch fighters in Balochistan. Here, Baloch Liberation Army fighters hijacked a train on 11 February, with 450 passengers.
