The Government of India has proposed to make toll pass for a year through one-time payment. With this, by depositing three thousand rupees only once a year, the vehicle will not have to pay any toll on taking it on any national highway and expressway. This proposal will not only make the toll cheaper, but the movement on the toll gate will also be easy.

The Government of India is considering bringing lifetime toll pass not only for one year, but also. This will make a toll pass for 15 years with a one -time payment of 30 thousand rupees. The Government of India wants to make the toll collection easier with this toll pass rule. Along with this, with the implementation of this new rule, long queues of vehicles at the toll booth will also stop.

Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari said last month that the government could provide monthly and annual toll passes to collect toll from private vehicles. Nitin Gadkari also told that 26 percent of the total toll collection comes from private vehicles. At the same time, 74 percent of the toll collection is from commercial vehicles.

If the government implements these rules, then Fastag account holders can get unlimited access according to the monthly and annual toll pass plan, so that a vehicle can be run on a national highway and expressway.
