Apple launched new powerful MacBook Pro launched with M1 Pro and M1 Max processors (2021)

Apple on Monday launched the new MacBook Pro models at its ‘Unleashed’ event which are based on the company’s new silicone which is named All-New M1 Pro and M1 Max. This Macbook Pro Series of the company comes with 14 inch and 16 inch display options. After launching with a similar design in October 2016, this is now the biggest update of the company in this line up after five years. MacBook Pro (2021) The new Apple Silicon, which is powering the series, has been claimed that it performs 3.7 times faster than the Intel Core i7 available at the current 13 -inch MacBook Pro. The new M1 Pro and M1 Max comes as an upgrade of M1 chip which was introduced by the Cupertino company last year.

In addition to upgrade in the design and display, the MacBook Pro (2021) Series has an upgraded silicon that comes in two different versions – M1 Pro and M1 Max. The M1 Pro chip has 10-core CPUs, out of which eight are high-performance core and two low-performance core. They are also included up to 16-core GPU. Apple claims that the new chip may offer 70 percent faster CPU performance and twice a faster GPU performance compared to the current M1 chip. The M1 Pro also includes a Profession Accelerator in the media engine to increase on-device video processing.
On the other hand, M1 Max is said to be the world’s most powerful chip for Pro Notebook. It has a 10-core CPU similar to the M1 Pro, but it doubles GPU up to 32 core to give a faster GPU performance up to four times compared to M1.

Apple claims that by using its new M1 Max chip, professional users can edit up to 30 streams of 4K prures video. Or in the final cut pro, you can edit up to 7 streams of 8k prores video.

Both M1 Pro and M1 are paired with a 16-core neural engine that helps to increase the capabilities of machine learning on the new MacBook Pro model. According to some numbers publicly shared, the final-in with Neural Engine M1 Pro offers 8.7 times faster object tracking performance in the Final Cut Pro and gives 11.5 times faster with M1 Max. Talking about the battery life, the 14-inch MacBook Pro (2021) has been rated to give a video playback of up to 17 hours once charged. While its 16-inch variant gives a video playback of up to 21 hours. Apple claims that developers working in Xcode, using the new MacBook Pro model, will be able to compile four times more code. At the same time, for photographers, on the Go Adobe Lightroom Classic, two times more batteries will be available while editing image.
