The victim, along with her mother and female activist Yogita Bhayana, demonstrated at India Gate in Delhi late on Tuesday evening against the Delhi High Court’s decision to suspend the sentence and grant bail to Kuldeep Singh Sengar, accused in the 2017 Unnao rape case. Questioning the decision, the victim said that she felt bad after hearing the decision and decided to commit suicide there but stopped thinking about her family. Injustice has been done to us. If such a rape accused comes out, how will we be safe? Everyone has become unsafe. Said- He has got bail due to elections. She will now go to the Supreme Court for justice. However, Delhi Police removed the victim and other protesters sitting for demonstration from India Gate after some time.
