On Tuesday morning, activists of Hindu organization Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) demonstrated outside the Bangladesh High Commission in Delhi.

Dainik Bhaskar has spoken to Deepu Chandra’s family. Who is living in Mymensingh city, 120 km away from the capital Dhaka. Dipu’s brother Karthik Das has said that if my brother had done something wrong, there would definitely have been a video of it. There is no video available. The allegations leveled against my brother are completely baseless. He was killed deliberately.

Karthik has said that nowadays smartphones are present everywhere, even children have mobiles, in such a situation the absence of any kind of evidence seems very suspicious. Whoever attacked the brother has committed a heinous crime.

Karthik has said that brother Deepu was wrongly accused of blasphemy.

Karthik said- brother’s murder was done with planning

When Dainik Bhaskar asked Karthik whether the news of killing his brother by hanging him from a tree and then burning the body was true? So Karthik told them right. On the allegation of Deepu making comments that hurt religious sentiments through Facebook, Karthik said-

Nothing like that happened. He didn’t say anything. My brother was murdered as part of a conspiracy. I don’t know the exact reason behind this, but I am sure it was a planned murder.
