Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Specifications (Expected)
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be the top-end flagship model. This phone is expected to have a 6.8 or 6.9 inch AMOLED QHD+ display with Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Several leaks have revealed that the smartphone will support quad-camera setup. However, it remains to be seen whether the sensors will be upgraded or it will retain the 200-megapixel primary wide camera, 50-megapixel 5x telephoto camera, 3x telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide camera.
The Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus are also expected to have Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 12GB RAM. However, the exact battery size of these models has not been revealed. The Galaxy S25 Plus will be equipped with a larger battery and a larger display due to its larger form factor, which may measure around 6.7 inches thick. Apart from this, Galaxy S25 is expected to have a smaller display of 6.2 inches.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim Features
Reports have revealed that the thickness of Galaxy S25 Slim will be only 6.4 mm which will make it the slimmest smartphone of the Galaxy S25 series. In terms of price, it is expected to be between the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus. At the same time, the specifications may be similar to a great extent.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Design
The design of the initial models of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series is expected to remain largely the same. It will have flat sides, flat display and flat back design. However, the S25 Ultra may get a new design, which may reportedly have rounded corners instead of sharp corners, which may make the phone comfortable to hold for long periods of time.
