Vinod Kambli had clots in his brain, due to which his mental health was also affected. During this difficult time, Kambli’s wife Andrea Hewitt stood by him at every step and made an important contribution in making him healthy again. When Vinod Kambli was seen with his wife in a program organized by Mumbai Cricket Association, everyone’s eyes would have been fixed on him. Kambli was wearing a gray color suit as well as glasses, in which he was looking very handsome. His wife Andrea Hewitt also stole the show with her beautiful looks.

Vinod Kambli’s health is improving, but he was seen walking with the support of others at a program organized on the 50th anniversary of Wankhede Stadium. He is still having difficulty in walking properly. Talking about his memories related to Wankhede ground in this program, Vinod Kambli said, “I scored the first double century of my career against England on this ground and after that played many century innings.”

In his career of 17 Test matches, he had scored 1,084 runs including four centuries and 3 fifties. Apart from this, he scored 2,477 runs while playing 104 ODI matches in his career. He played 2 centuries and 14 half-centuries in his ODI career.
