Delhi government has made a big announcement for the students. Now the bright children of government schools of the capital will be able to prepare for major exams without any fees. This facility is being provided under the Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Vidya Shakti Mission. Education Minister Ashish Sood said that the Delhi government will provide free professional coaching to the promising students of 2,200 government schools for the preparation of difficult examinations like JEE, NEET, CLAT, CA and CUET.

According to the official statement of the government, the purpose of this mission is not just for education, but to help students fulfill their dreams, take care of their emotional health and make Delhi’s schools stronger for the future. This step will be extremely beneficial for those students who do not have the ability to afford good coaching, but have big dreams. Announcing this initiative, State Education Minister Ashish Sood said that the main objective of this mission is to advance the students in the direction of their career, take care of their emotional health and make government schools better for the future.
Effort to provide equal opportunity to every child of Delhi
The government believes that many talented students are not able to take coaching due to financial conditions. Through this scheme, expert training, study support and counseling will be provided to these students, so that they can perform better in competitive examinations. Education Minister Ashish Sood called it a “big change in the government education of Delhi”.
He told that 62,000 students had appeared in the CET-2025 examination held on October 30. Its counseling has been completed and offline classes have also started from 26th November. The minister also said that education should not be based only on marks, but also on mental health, respect and humanity. Therefore, the government is developing AI-enabled smart classrooms and human-centered education models in schools. He said that this mission is an effort to advance students on the basis of merit, take care of their mental well-being and provide equal opportunity to every child of Delhi.
