Veteran billionaire and CEO of companies like Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk has said that his partner Shivon Gillis is half Indian. During a conversation in Nikhil Kamat’s podcast, billionaire businessman Elon Musk also revealed that the middle name of one of his sons is Shekhar. Musk said that this name has been named after American physicist and Nobel Prize winner Subramanian Chandrasekhar.

During the podcast, Elon Musk said, ‘I don’t know if you know about this or not, but my partner Shivan is half Indian. The middle name of mine and one of his sons is Shekhar, which is named after Chandrashekhar. Musk said that his partner Shivon Gilis grew up in Canada and was adopted when she was a little girl. Shivon Gillis joined Musk’s company Neuralink in the year 2017 and she is currently working as Director of Operations and Special Projects in the company. Shivon holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy from Yale University.
