After the end of the Test series between India and South Africa, now the ODI series will be played. To prepare for this, Team India practiced in Ranchi on Thursday. During this, former Indian captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were seen batting in the nets. Apart from him, Tilak Verma and Rituraj Gaikwad also worked hard in the nets.
The first match of the three-match ODI series will be played on November 30 at the JSCA International Stadium in Ranchi. After this the T-20 series will start from 9th December.

Rohit-Virat return after 9 months Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be seen playing international matches in India after about 9 months. Both of them last played an ODI series against England at home in February. Then after winning the Champions Trophy in Dubai, both of them made a comeback to international cricket in the series in Australia last month. Both the players have retired from Test and T-20.

Rahul will captain, Inder Gill out Wicketkeeper KL Rahul will captain the ODI team. Regular captain Shubman Gill is out of the series due to injury. Rahul has captained India in all three formats. He last captained the team in ODI against South Africa in 2023, in which India lost by 8 wickets. He has captained the team in 12 ODIs. India won 8 and lost 4.
