Strange act of Jaipur Development Authority, encroachment notice issued in the name of Lord Shiva

A strange act of Jaipur Development Authority has come to light in the capital of Rajasthan. The authority issued a notice of encroachment to Lord Shiva. In the notice pasted, God has been asked to remove the encroachment in the temple within a week. Along with this, it has also been asked to remove the encroachment and inform the development authority within a week. An ultimatum has also been given in the notice that if Lord Bholenath does not remove the encroachment within a week and inform JDA, then strict action will be taken.

Warned of jail and fine

It has been said in the notice that if the encroachment is not removed, then a punishment of one year’s imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs 1 lakh can be imposed. The Development Authority has pasted the notice at the gate of Shiv Temple in Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur city.

The notice is not addressed to any priest-manager or any employee associated with the system, but directly to God. Lord Bholenath is present in this temple. Along with this, statues of many other gods and goddesses are also installed.

The temple is built on authority land

Let us tell you that this temple is on the land of Jaipur Development Authority. The development authority itself had established this temple here several decades ago. Earlier the temple was at another place, which was shifted here by the development authority. The priests and devotees of the temple are angry with the notice being sent to the Lord.

The devotees have demanded cancellation of the notice, action against the issuing officer and a public apology. People have warned that if action is not taken against the officer by canceling the notice, they will take to the streets and protest.

The authority remained silent on the matter

Jaipur Development Authority has currently maintained silence in this matter. No responsible official of the Development Authority is ready to say anything officially about this on camera. In an informal conversation, an officer did say that an investigation is being conducted into the matter as to how the notice was issued.

The development authority argues that only the name of the person being sent is wrong. An officer has said that the priests there were not ready to take the notice. For this reason, the name of this temple was issued and pasted on the gate. This matter of issuing notice to God is also in the headlines on social media.
