BCCI 10 Points Policy All Rules: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued 10 new rules, which will be mandatory for all Indian players to follow. Players can also be given severe punishment for violating these. Violation of rules will include things like salary cut to IPL ban. Actually, all this has been done to create a positive environment inside the team. So let us know what are all the 10 rules issued by BCCI?

1. It is mandatory to play in domestic matches

All the players who are playing for the Indian national team are included in the central contract list of BCCI. All of them will have to be regularly associated with domestic cricket. If a player is unable to do this then he will have to take permission from Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar.

2. All players will travel together

It will be mandatory for all players to travel together, whether they are traveling for a match or a practice session. The board has made it clear that players will not be allowed to travel with their families.

3. Players will be able to carry luggage only as per the prescribed weight.

Players will be prohibited from taking excessive luggage during travel. Players can now carry luggage up to 150 kg and support staff up to 80 kg in a single journey. If any player violates this rule then he will have to pay the money himself.

4. Will not be able to take personal staff

Without the permission of BCCI, players cannot take personal staff (manager, cook etc.) with them for any tour or series.

5. Bags will be sent to the Center of Excellence

The players of the team will have to coordinate with the team management that everyone’s belongings and personal items will go to the Center of Excellence in Bengaluru. If anything more than this is spent, the player will have to pay the money himself.

6. Have to go to practice sessions together

All players will have to participate in practice sessions and travel together from the place of stay to the ground. This has been done to bring unity within the team.

7. No freedom to shoot ads in the middle of the series

If any series is going on or the team is on a foreign tour. In such a situation, players will not have the freedom to do personal ad shoots or work with sponsors.

8. New family policy

If the Indian team is on a foreign tour lasting 45 days or more. In such a situation, a player’s family can stay with him only for 2 weeks. BCCI will bear the expenses of the visiting period, the rest of the expenses will have to be borne by the players themselves.

9. Availability at events organized by BCCI

Players will have to be available for shoots and all other programs conducted by BCCI. This will help in promoting the unity of the players towards the team as well as promoting the game of cricket.

10. Players will have to stay together till the conclusion of the series

All players will have to stay together until a match or series ends. Even if the match ends before the scheduled time.
