Coldplay’s concert is going to be held in Mumbai on 18, 19 and 21 January. Earlier, ticketing aggregator BookmyShow has issued some guidelines for the people participating in it. According to the guidelines, people attending the concert must have government ID proof. Apart from this, they will be given wristbands, which will act as tickets. Keeping in mind the security of the concert, there will be security checks at many levels at the venue.
There will be a ban on carrying these gadgets
To make this event successful and safe, many items have been banned. People attending the concert can carry gadgets like pocket laser, pen laser, unauthorized drones, e-cigarettes, vapes, monopods, detachable zoom lenses, stands, tripod stands, selfie sticks, laptops, tablets, power banks, mega phones and recording instruments etc. Will not be able to take it with you. Apart from these gadgets, tents, blankets, sleeping bags, any type of bottle, foldable chair, any type of umbrella, eggs, markers, pens, tobacco products, drugs, food items, alcohol, deodorant, sunscreen, weapons. Items like blades, toys and horns etc. will also not be taken inside.
Action will be taken against those selling fake tickets
To deal with the problem of black marketing, BookMyShow will take strict action against people selling fake tickets. If someone is caught selling fake tickets, not only will the tickets and wristbands be confiscated, but they can also be handed over to the police for legal action.
Ticket craze is at its peak
The craze for concert tickets is going crazy. About 1.3 crore people had logged in to BookMyShow to buy tickets. Last year in September, 1.5 tickets for the concert were available and all the tickets were sold out within just 30 minutes. The prices of these tickets ranged from Rs 2,000 to Rs 35,000. However, after some time some resale platforms have sold these tickets for up to Rs 10 lakh.
