The woman Sarabjit Kaur is a resident of village Amanipur, Dakka Khana Tibba in Kapurthala district. She went with the group to Pakistan on a 10-day visit to celebrate the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Went with a group of 1932 devotees
According to Indian immigration records, Sarabjit Kaur had gone to Pakistan through Attari border with a group of 1932 devotees to celebrate the Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji on November 4. But today, when the last group reached India after a 10-day journey and visiting various Gurudwaras in Pakistan, this thing came to light. Till now 1922 devotees have returned to their homeland India. Before this, four members of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, including Executive Jathedar Singh Sahib Giani Kuldeep Singh Gadgaj, in whose house someone was sick, had already returned home. But the said woman Sarabjit Kaur did not return home.
Passport number was not filled in the form
The investigation also revealed that in the form filled by the Indian woman at the Pakistani immigration office while joining the group and traveling to Pakistan on November 4, she had left her basic information incomplete and had not given her nationality or passport number.
