The agencies investigating the Delhi blasts and Faridabad terror module have received the diaries of Dr. Omar and Dr. Muzammil. These diaries were found from room number four and room number 13 of Al-Falah University campus, where Omar and Muzammil lived. There have been many shocking revelations in these diaries. These revealed that terrorists were planning blasts at various places for the last two years. Many things have been written in the diaries in code language, which the investigating agencies are trying to uncover.
From where was so much ammonium nitrate collected?
Investigation revealed that fertilizer for making ammonium nitrate was purchased from Nuh in Mewat. Special Cell team has raided Nuh. Videos of several fertilizer shops have been made and sent to Jammu and Kashmir Police, so that Muzammil can identify the shop from where he and Umar had taken the chemical as fertiliser. Information has also come to light that the Red Fort blast accused Dr. Muzammil, Dr. Adil, Umar and Shaheen together collected about Rs 20 lakh in cash, which was handed over to Umar. Later, he had purchased more than 20 quintals of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers worth Rs 3 lakh from Gurugram, Nuh and surrounding areas to prepare the IED.
How many cars were planned to be equipped with explosives?
According to sources close to the investigation, the suspects had planned to equip about 32 old vehicles with explosives to carry out attacks at several places. This disclosure points to a serious threat to national security. An intelligence source told news agency ANI that after the i20 and EcoSport, it was discovered that 32 other old vehicles were being prepared to be fitted with explosives. This shows that terrorist groups were planning to cause destruction on a large scale.
