Khalsa Aid India chief Davinderjit Singh has resigned along with his four colleagues. He cited poor management in the organization, lack of transparency and interference from the UK headquarters as the reason for his resignation.

Speaking to the media in Amritsar on Tuesday, he said that he had been serving with full devotion for the last five years. But now due to deteriorating conditions within Khalsa Aid they cannot continue the work further.
He told that after the resignation of the old team in 2023, he had taken over the charge of operation lead. The CEO took away the rights of the Indian team. Payments stopped.

- Proper assistance did not reach the needy in the flood: Referring to the relief services in the floods that occurred a few months ago, he said that due to weak management and excessive control from the UK, proper assistance could not reach the needy. - Flood relief report of 2019 not released till date: Davinderjit said that the flood relief report of 2019 has not been released till date. At that time the money was jointly invested by the US, UK and Canadian chapters. But its account was not given. 24 thousand bags of fertilizer were purchased. But only 7 thousand were distributed among the farmers. Two thousand water purifiers are also lying in the warehouse till date. These are examples of misuse of Sangat’s donations.
- Substandard goods were distributed in the flood: Davinderjit said that the main bank account of Khalsa Sand India has been closed for the last two years, due to which the health and education projects running in India have come to a standstill. Lakhs of poor people who were getting free treatment or education are now being affected.
- Khalsa ad is being used to shine the image: Davinderjit Singh said that Khalsa Ad has now become a medium of personal image promotion instead of public welfare. He appealed to the Sangat to question Ravi Singh as to where and how crores of rupees are being spent.
