There was panic at Terminal-3 of Delhi Airport on Saturday evening when the fire brigade received information about a bomb at 4 pm. After receiving the information, bomb disposal squad and police teams reached the spot and searched the entire area.
According to Delhi Police, this email came on IndiGo’s complaint portal in which it was said that there were bombs at many airports including Delhi, Chennai and Goa. After investigation, alert was issued at all the places and precautionary searches were conducted, but no explosives were found. Police have termed the information received in the case as fake. At the same time, nothing was found in the investigation in Chennai and Goa also. All agencies are on full alert due to the explosion near the Red Fort.

Emergency landing of Air India plane
Air India Express flight going from Mumbai to Varanasi is reported to have received a bomb threat mid-flight. After this, high alert was declared at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Varanasi. The plane immediately made an emergency landing.
After this he was also taken to isolation. All passengers were evacuated safely while the aircraft is being thoroughly examined by the bomb disposal squad. Officials have started investigating the source of the threat.
