What did Muzammila say in defense of Omar?
She further said that I do not know Adil (a doctor and recently accused in the explosives seizure case). Defending Umar, Muzammila said that he (Umar) was not that kind of person. Mujammila told that they (security forces) have taken my husband, brother-in-law and mother-in-law into their custody. When they asked us about Umar, we told that he was in Delhi, then they took all three for questioning.
‘Umar is engaged, not married yet’
Referring to Umar, his sister-in-law said that we had to struggle a lot to educate him. We worked hard so that he could stand on his feet and take care of us. I can’t believe all this. He further told that Umar was engaged, but he was not married yet. He had not come home for the last 2 months and did not have many friends. He only used to study. That’s all I know.
