Talking about future farming and horticulture sector
Prime Minister Modi also showed direction regarding farming in the function. He said that blue berry, kiwi, herbal and medicinal plants are the crops of the future. He said that there has been considerable progress in the production of fruits in the hill districts of Uttarakhand. Focus should be on creating horticulture sector in hilly districts.

Make Vibrate Village a tourist center
Referring to the Adi Kailash Yatra in the border Pithoragarh district, Prime Minister Modi said that earlier in the year less than two thousand people had reached here, now this number has increased to thirty thousand. High Altitude Ultra Marathon has been organized at an altitude of more than 14 thousand feet. He talked about developing the Vibrant Village in the border area as a tourism centre.
