Canadian Court Grants Bail To Four Indian Nationals Arrested In Nijjar Murder Case – Amar Ujala Hindi News Live

Four Indian citizens arrested for the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar have got relief from the Canadian court. In this case of the year 2023, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police had arrested Karan Brar, Kamalpreet Singh, Karanpreet Singh and Amandeep Singh. Now all four have got bail from Surrey Provincial Court. Now a hearing against all four will be held in the British Columbia Supreme Court on February 11 next month.

Information regarding the bail of all four has been uploaded on the website of the Justice Department of the Government of British Columbia. Action is being taken against Karan Brar, Kamalpreet Singh, Karanpreet Singh and Amandeep Singh under file number 256562. Upon investigation, it was found that all four have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and murder. According to police records, Karan and Kamalpreet were born in 2001, Amandeep in 2002 while Karanpreet was born in 1995.

All four were arrested on June 18, 2023, in connection with the incident that occurred on May 1, 2023 in the cities of Surrey and Edmonton, British Columbia. These people have been accused of conspiring to murder as well as carrying out the murder.
