The Youth Congress has lodged an FIR in the case of threatening to kill Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Bihar Pradesh Youth Congress lodged an FIR at Shastri Nagar police station in Patna, Nand Kumar Sagar, Legal Cell President of Bihar Pradesh Youth Congress, said that during a live debate on a news channel in Kerala, BJP’s official spokesperson Pintu Mahadev had allegedly threatened to shoot in Rahul Gandhi’s chest. In the application, this threat has been described as a serious criminal intimidation and abetment to murder.

Giving information about the case, Nand Kumar Sagar, Legal Cell President of Bihar Pradesh Youth Congress, has said that the case is in the case of 27 September 2025, when BJP’s official spokesperson Pintu Mahadev had allegedly threatened to shoot in Rahul Gandhi’s chest during a live debate on a news channel in Kerala. After this an FIR has been lodged at Shastri Nagar police station. Nand Kumar Sagar, Legal Cell President of Bihar Pradesh Youth Congress, has warned that if immediate action is not taken in this matter, it will be believed that such threats have received silent approval of top government posts. In this regard, Congress spokesperson Gyan Ranjan says that this threat has been given at the behest of the top leadership and may be a well-planned conspiracy in view of the upcoming assembly elections.
