A mother and son died tragically after falling from the Society’s balcony on Saturday morning at Ace City Society under Bisarkh area of Greno West. According to police, 37 -year -old woman Sakshi Chawla and her 11 -year -old son Daksha Chawla fell from the 13th floor. Both died on the spot.
As soon as the incident was reported, there was an atmosphere of chaos in the society. On receiving the information, the police station police reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The bodies of the dead have been sent for postmortem after filling the Panchnama after taking possession. Initial investigation has revealed that the deceased child was mentally deranged. According to the residents, the woman and the child suddenly fell down from the upper floor and died in a few seconds. Local people immediately informed the police through security personnel. The police is investigating the case from every angle whether the incident was suicide or an accident.
