There was a 6.3 magnitude earthquake in Afghanistan on Sunday night. According to the BBC, about 20 people are reported to have died in it. At the same time, more than 115 have been injured, who have been admitted to hospitals in Nangarhar and Kunar provinces.
According to the National Center for Sismology (NCS), the episode of the earthquake was 160 km below the earth. Its shocks were felt till Islamabad and Abbottabad in Pakistan. It was recorded at 12:47 pm Indian time.
After the first shock, the afterchoxs continued to come. It felt the tremors of 4.7, 4.3 and 5.0 magnitude.
