Vivek Agnihotri and Pallavi Joshi’s film ‘The Bengal Files’ has been engulfed in controversies before its release. FIRs have been lodged in the film’s makers Vivek Agnihotri, Pallavi Joshi and the film in West Bengal. This FIR has been lodged on him by Mamata Banerjee’s party TMC. Both are accused that their film ‘The Bengal files’ spreads communal hatred. It has also been said in the FIR that the teaser of the film may disturb the state’s peace and will spread tension among the people.
