The move has been taken with the inflammatory statements of former Russian President Damitri Medvedev and the deadline to end the Ukraine War.

Trump recently announced during a recent visit to Scotland that he has given 10-12 days time for Russia to end the Ukraine War. If Russia is not on ceasefire talks within this deadline, then the countries trading with Russia will be ‘secondary tariff’.
