In a meeting of Basic Education Department on Monday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed to outline the need for quick appointment of teachers to the vacant posts. He said that the teacher-student ratio in all schools should be in ideal status. Relative to the vacant posts should be sent immediately and the appointment process should be completed on time.

The Chief Minister stated the need to implement the pairing system of schools from a far -reaching and comprehensive point of view. He said that this system is in the interest of students, parents and teachers. This will not only make better use of resources, but will also improve the quality of education. He directed the schools where more than 50 students are studying as independent schools.
He asked to run children’s garden, pre-primary school in school buildings vacated after pairing. Said- Anganwadi centers should be transferred to these buildings so that the basis of infant education is strengthened. There should be no laxity in it. The Chief Minister said that not a single child between 06 to 14 years should be deprived of school. The school management committee (Principal and village head) should ensure this. Implement the school chalo campaign effectively. He also directed that the supply of resources should be ensured immediately in schools where there is a lack of infrastructure.
