3 Naxalites including prize Chhotu in Gumla, Jharkhand Police got big success

The Jharkhand Police has got another big success. Three militant of Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parishad (JJMP) have been killed in Gumla in an encounter. Chhotu of 5 lakhs is also included in the slain Naxalites. Three weapons have also been recovered from the spot. This encounter took place in Bishanpur police station area of ​​Gumla.

Who were the three Naxalites?

According to the news agency IANS, Lalu Lohra, a resident of Lohardaga, was a sub-zonal commander of JJMP. The second Naxalite was a resident of Chhotu Oraon Latehar and he was also a sub-zonal commander in the Naxalite organization. Both of them had a reward of five lakh rupees. At the same time, the third Naxalite was a resident of Sujit Oraon, Lohardaga and was active in the organization as a cadre.

A total of 32 Naxalites have been killed in Jharkhand this year so far. At present, 100 to 150 Maoists are active in the state. The Most Wanted list of the police includes 13 big Naxalites of the CPI Maoist. Among them, there is a reward of one crore each on Misir Besra, Patiram Manjhi and Asim Mandal.

What did the police say?

IG Operation Michaelraj S of Jharkhand said that we had received special information about the presence of JJMP (Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parishad) militants in Gumla district. Based on that information, we started the operation last evening by incorporating Jharkhand Jaguar – our STF and Gumla Police. At around 8 am today, there was a firing from both sides. After that 3 JJMP militants were killed. These included 2 sub-zonal commanders and 1 area commander.

He said, “We have recovered an AK-47, an SLR and an INSAS from the spot. The operation continues. It is a special operation being run against JJMP workers for the last 2-3 months. After this success, the entire JJMP organization has been eliminated. Now no one is left, perhaps only 1-2 are left. We will also conduct an operation against them. We appeal to them to surrender to the police, before killing. We can claim that JJMP from Jharkhand has been completely wiped out.
