Noida Nithari Case: Surendra Koli, the main accused in the Nithari case, was released from Noida jail today after the order of the Supreme Court. The CBI court issued the release warrant following the Supreme Court order as Koli was acquitted in all 13 cases.

Surendra Koli, accused in Noida’s most famous Nithari murder case, has been released today. There was no release last Tuesday. Koli was also acquitted in the last case after the Supreme Court heard the curative petition and ordered his immediate release. But the release permit did not reach the jail in Luxor till evening. Because of which he was not released from jail on Tuesday.
